Operating Facilities
Most surgical procedures will be performed at an accredited surgical facility. The surgicenters have state of the art equipment, well trained nursing staff, and experienced board certified anesthesiologists. Overnight facilities are also available if you desire to stay at the facility following your procedure. However, most patients can go home after surgery.
Dr. Karsan has surgical privileges at the Texas Institute for Surgery and at Mary Shiels Hospital.
