Consultation
At your initial consultation, you will meet Dr. Karsan and staff at deNovo Medical Center & Spa. All areas of interest will be discussed with you systematically. Every patient has unique goals and expectations. Dr. Karsan will help you understand which expectations are realistic and guide you to choose the procedures to achieve your best look.
Dr. Karsan will assess your face, skin type, bone structure, and your general state of health so that all the options, both surgical and non-surgical will be presented to you. She will also take photographs and through a computer generated image can allow you to see what you may look like following a procedure. This will not only allow you to visualize what you may look like but also help Dr. Karsan understand your goals.
She will review the normal post-operative course, the potential complications of each procedure and discuss the expected outcome. Once a treatment plan has been established, you will be provided with an information package so you can review what was discussed and understand the procedures in more detail. At this time, you may book a surgical or non-surgical procedure. At times, non-surgical procedures can be done at the time of your initial consultation.
You will receive a fee quote for your procedure at the conclusion of your initial consultation.
If you decide to have a surgical procedure, Dr. Karsan will have you return to the office for a complete work-up, will order appropriate tests, discuss the procedure in more detail including all risks and alternative, book the procedure and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
